The open house will be held at Limestone Correctional Facility on December 10, 2021 at 9 a.m.

Please arrive anytime between 9am and 2pm.

What is a BCO Open House event, and what will I be expected to do?

A BCO Open House event is an opportunity for candidates to learn about and apply for the role of the Basic Correctional Officer. We encourage all candidates who plan to attend to learn more about the Department and this opportunity on the ADOC’s website.

What should I bring to the BCO Open House event?

Candidates are asked to avoid beige, khaki or tan-colored clothing, as these are the colors of the Department’s inmate uniforms. Candidates should bring their driver’s license, social security card and their high school diploma and/or GED and college diploma and/or transcript. Candidates will be asked to participate in the following activities:

• Complete a urine sample for drug screening
• Interview with ADOC representatives
• Review and submit paperwork
